Dreams Quest Milestones — A Short Recap

From our founders discussing the concept of building the first-ever metaverse-based economy to having our $DREAMS come true, the team and the entire community have gone through a lot of adventures together.

In the short time, we’ve been public, we have managed to sell out all of our IGO/IDOs, premiere an awesome cinematic teaser, had an exclusive drop on Binance NFT, had a successful contract audit, listed on Kucoin and PancakeSwap, mobilized the #DreamsQuestArmy, started gaming our Discord server… And that ain’t half all of it!

A lot more is yet to come. With this scroll, we wanted to take a trip down memory lane and traverse through all the adventures we have been on this journey so far.

Behind the scenes

While we officially launched Dreams Quest in Aug 2021, our guilds and factions have been working on the concept and strategy since Jun 2020. From the conceptualization stage of dynamic NFTs to countless discussions on gameplay mechanisms — our guilds and factions have been tirelessly working to build an ultimate gaming experience, integrating free-to-play and play-to-earn concepts.

That out of the way let’s take a deep dive into our proudest achievements checklist:

First Cinematic Teaser, Exploring our Realms, Strategic Alliances, and Powerful Allies

With our quest defined, all our teams, from design to development, started to apply their magic. Here are some of the results that we managed to achieve in a short span of time.

After working for several months on each little detail, we released the first cinematic trailer of Dreams Quest. Our trailer received overwhelming appreciation from the crypto community. If you haven’t checked it out already, here is the link to the video.

Meanwhile, our co-founder Steve Good embarked on another quest of AMAs to the farfetched lands in cryptoverse. We were delighted to witness the level of interest for Dreams Quest, which was visible with the questions directed at our co-founder. To scale the DreamsVerse, we needed collaborative efforts from industry leaders. Our efforts were strengthened through collaboration with powerful allies and strong alliances from the blockchain and gaming industry. Here’s a look at the allies and alliances of Dreams Quest.

The overall Dreams Quest experience was also gaining momentum as we witnessed an exponential increase within our community. We surpassed 90K members on Twitter within a short span, and our Discord now hosts almost 50K.

Over $4 Million in Fundraising and Successful IDO

We raised over $4 million in four sales rounds: Seed, Private, Strategic, and Public. We are honoured to have completed the fundraising rounds with a phenomenal group of early investors, notable VCs, and support from notable Tier one crypto projects as well.

The $DREAMS community has been at the forefront as we strive to enable a unique gaming experience. Dreams Quest public sales were held on Duck Starter (R-IDO), GameFi (IGO), and RedKite (IDO). It also marked the first real quest, which we successfully completed with the trust and support from our community. The $DREAMS public sale saw remarkable success on all three platforms, with 100% of tokens sold out. We are grateful to have received such amazing support from our $DREAMS community.

Binance NFT Drops and Media Coverage

Our NFT drops on the Binance marketplace have started to garner incredible attention. To date, we have completed five NFT drops consisting of founders’ NFT cards and chests. All our listed items sold off within a matter of a few seconds.

Development Front: Successful Deploy and Audit

After successfully completing our first few quests, we have already started to move in full-throttle to achieve our next milestone. We have kicked off our development efforts on the technology and game development front. We have also integrated with Chainlink to use their oracles to enhance our dynamic NFT gaming experience.

The #DreamsQuestArmy Ambassador Program

After the successful listing, we kickstarted the ambassador program to amplify our voice by inviting our community to contribute in a more substantial and tangible way to DreamsVerse. We are looking for ambassadors who are enthusiastic about what we are building in Dreams Quest and who are excited to join our growing ecosystem.

Tournaments and Gamification in DreamsVerse

In the DreamsVerse, we also have ongoing sidequests and game competitions for our community. To optimize your experience in Dreams Quest, we have come up with Discord Game Contest: Choose Your Faction. For the first time, you get to choose your faction, Celestial or Infernal, in the DreamsVerse.
