Dreams Quest Escapades
Dreams Quest is a play-to-earn RPG card game using dynamic NFTs. Players are invited to explore the dream realms and go on an adventure by participating in quests, events and tournaments. Players can battle against other players playing with cards that are represented by dynamic NFTs.

No, it’s much more, and here’s the catch!
The in-game battles encompass unpredictable factors that will have an effect on NFT card attributes. The dynamic NFTs (game cards) will be impacted by unknown factors such as weather, temperature, storms, and more, that will completely alter not only your card attributes but also affect player strategy to ensure they have an optimal deck to account for many possible game dynamics.
Players can also gain access to miscellaneous cards such as weapons and equipment to defeat their foe belonging to another realm. In Dreams Quest, the outcome of any game battle, as well as the change to the card attributes, will be permanently recorded and stored on-chain.
Adventures and Quests
There are two types of adventures that players can experience in Dreams Quest:
- RPG — Players create their character which can participate in quests or explore the realms to earn different rewards. These quests or events range from story-based to faction questions to a variety of adventure quests, all leading up to the ultimate quest facing off with the mighty dragon.
- Card Play Battles — The combat mechanic of the game is a strategic card game where players can battle in single player mode or in player vs player mode. They will use their game card decks encompassing powerful creatures, spells and weapons with card attributes such as magic, dexterity, and strength that may change over time. And naturally there will be some weather cards that could dynamically affect card attributes as well.
Play To Earn
Dreams Quest integrates several methods in which players can earn by participating in the game.
Quest-Based Earnings
Players will be able to access rewards, in the form of tokens as well as cards, by participating in different quests. Depending upon their type, some quests will facilitate only coins while others will facilitate cards, however, the rewards will be pre-specified before the player enters the quest.
The Dreams tokens ($DREAMS) earned by participating in the quest can also be spent for buying new items in the game that aid players to defeat their opponent. Users can also sell these items on marketplaces to seek a greater appreciated value.
Battle Based Earnings
In battle quests, players stand to earn coins through participation and/or winning the battle. Players can increase their chances of winning a battle by playing the right cards and leveraging the miscellaneous cards that facilitate inventory style items like potions, weapons, etc. But beware players! Nothing is certain and there are unknown factors playing their role which may completely flip the outcome of the game.
Marketplace
Dreams Quest marketplace presents countless possibilities for participants. Do you want to swap a card for another one? Chat with a fellow gamer in the marketplace and negotiate with each other. Do you want to sell a precious item that you’ve acquired, forged or upgraded? By all means, put it up for sale in the marketplace.
Additionally, you can put your cards with the attributes that you’ve earned on sale in the marketplace. Remember, card attributes may change in this dynamic game depending upon your battles, your wins, and losses. All the history of the card will be recorded on-chain by the ethereal scribes so that everything remains immutable.
NFT Card Rentals
You can choose to rent your cards to other players in the game for a specific duration. The rental conditions are pre-defined within the smart contract so all operations of card rentals will be seamless. But, what do you get in return?
You earn $DREAMS tokens for helping a fellow player in your guild. You earn more tokens if the player wins the quests or battles. And if you want to make your cards even more valuable, rent your card to a professional gamer and you can multiply your rental earnings if they continue to win more battles. Plus your card history will show that these cards that you own were once played by a professional or famous player.
As we said, the possibilities in the realms are endless. Just when you think you have it all figured out, there will be another surprise waiting for you.
